Damaged Purchases

If you find your purchase has arrived damaged, please contact customer service at info@heidelbergbread.com or 1-315-574-4068.


Heidelberg Bread ships USPS Priority 1-3 Business days anywhere in the United States, Virgin Islands, and Canada.


Heidelberg Bread currently has a fourteen day shelf life. If you find you have received your order after a week of the bread being baked, (fourteen days minus the date on the tag is the day it was baked), please contact us for a full refund. Refunds are reflected on your card within 5-10 business days.

If you find you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.


ATTN Customers Outside of New York

Sadly our distributor, Koffee Kup, has abruptly closed.

This will create distribution outages throughout the northeast including New York City and Long Island. Please be reassured that we are diligently working on alternative distribution and hope to be up and running again in the next two to three weeks. Please check back for updates!!
